She began her career with Keller Williams Realty and was Rookie of The Year in 1993. She is a founding member of the Schertz Chamber of Commerce and Vice President for the Schertz Cibolo Universal City ISD Education Foundation. Lil has been a real estate agent for 20 years in the San Antonio area. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Claus Team. She invests 110% of her time and energy into helping each and every home buyer she meets. Her goal is to ensure that her client is informed and able to make the best decisions through out the home buying process. She also specializes in property management for The Claus Team.

Brad is our newest real estate agent. He has grown up around real estate and is excited to be a part of the team. He is eager to help home buyers find the perfect home. He will go above and beyond to meet his clients needs.
Jenny Cloonan Buyer Specialist
Jenny is a 7 year Real Estate veteran. Prior to real estate she was in the banking business. Jenny recently joined The Claus Team and is excited to help home buyers find the PERFECT home for them. She enjoys meeting new people and finds great reward in helping them get into the home they desire. She is always a phone call away and ready to answer any questions her clients may have.
